  • 1:30-2:30 pm - 4-H Horticulture and Crops Judging
  • 3:30-6:30 pm - Kloepper Tournament (Beer Pavilion)
  • 5:00 pm - Junior Class Horse Show Timed Events
  • 6:00 pm - Rides Open
  • 7-9 pm - Balloon Artist (Back of Grand Stands)
  • 7 pm - Little Miss Pageant
  • 8 pm - Monroe County Fair Queen Pageant

Monday, July 25 ($10.00 after 3pm)

  • 8 am - Poultry and 4-H rabbit entries must be cooped
  • 9 am - Judging on Ag Products and Fine Arts begins
  • 8 am - 4-H Poultry Weighing and Judging
  • 9 am - Steers must be in their designated stalls
  • 10 am - Junior and Open Poultry Judging
  • 10 am - 4H and FFA Steer Weigh-in
  • 11 am – 4H and FFA meat pen rabbit weigh-in
  • 1 pm - 4H Rabbit Judging begins
  • 5:30 pm- 4H and Junior Sheep Judging
  • 6 pm - All Livestock must be on grounds (except lactating cows)
  • 6 pm Rides Open
  • 6 pm Livestock health papers should be provided to
  • 6:30 pm – Monroe County Only Antique Pull
  • 6:30 pm - Farmer's Class Tractor Pull and ITPA Truck Pull

  • 9 am – Judging of Junior and Open Rabbit begins
  • 11 am - 4H and FFA Market Lambs and Goat Weigh In
  • 11 am - 1 pm Tractor Driving Contest
  • 1 pm. – Beef/Dairy, Poultry, Sheep/Goat and Swine SYP – Meet at Horse Area
  • 6 pm Rides Open
  • 5 pm - Open Class Sheep Judging begins
  • 6 pm - Open Class Horse Show
  • 7 pm. - Monroe County Antique Tractor Pull Open to Anyone
  • 7 pm - 4x4 Street Truck Pull
  • 7 pm- 9,200 lbs. (IHFSPA)
  • 8 pm - 11 p.m. Music by Pick N An A Grin N (Band Pavilion)

Wednesday, July 27 ($15.00 after 3 pm)

  • 8 am - Open, Junior and 4H swine Judging begins
  • 9:30 am - Rooster Crowing Contest (under Beer pavilion)
  • 11am Superior Young Producer Contest (Rabbits) at Rabbit Barn
  • 11am Lactating Dairy Cows must be on grounds (may leave after show)
  • 12:00 pm Open, Junior and 4H Dairy Judging begins
  • 3 pm - Steer Show
  • 6 pm - Rides Open
  • 6:30 pm 4-H, Junior and Open Class Goat Judging begins
  • 7:30 pm- Figure (8) Race (Small and Large Cars, plus Small pickup demo.)
  • 7:30 pm - 11:30 pm Music by Dos Amigo’s (Band Pavilion)

Thursday, July 28 (free admission)

  • 8:30 am - Open, Junior and 4H Beef Judging begins
  • 5 - 8 pm - Bud Light Brigade
  • 6 pm - 4H and FFA Market Animal Auction
  • 6 - 11 pm - Carnival Armband Night $22.00
  • 6 pm - Senior Class Speed Horse Show
  • 7-9 pm- Balloon Artists (Back of Grand Stands)
  • 8:30 pm – Silver Bullet STL a Tribute Band to Bob Seger (presented by HTC)
  • 9:30 pm - Livestock may leave grounds

Friday, July 29 ($15.00 after 3pm)

  • 7:30 pm Auto Demolition Derby
  • 5:00 pm Rides Open
  • 8:00 pm – Midnight – Music by Tim Berg and The Kurtz Family (Band Pavilion)

Saturday, July 30 ($15.00 after 2pm)

  • 9:00 am -Open Class Heavy Horse Show
  • 9:30 am - Open Class Mule Show
  • 11:00 am - Pedal Pull (6 weight classes) in Poultry barn, registration at 10:30 am
  • 11:00 am - Sandcastle and Animal Sculpture (Poultry Barn)
    Both events are running at the same time, you may participate in each event with your age group.
  • 1:30 - pm Heavy Horse and Mule Hitch Classes (or after halter classes are finished)
  • 5:00 - pm Rides Open
  • 6:00 - pm ITPA and Truck and Tractor Pull|

  • 11 a.m. - Garden Tractor Pull (Main Arena)
  • 4-9 p.m. – Carnival Armband Day $22.00
  • 4-5 p.m. – The Thunder and Lighting
  • 6:30-9 p.m. – FFA Fun Night (Main Arena)
  • 9:00 p.m. – Fireworks following FFA Fun Night
New – Model Train Display in Commercial Building. Sunday-Friday 5:00 - 9:00p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 12:00 – 4:00 p.m.

EXHIBITORS PASS $35.00
SEASON PASSES $40.00
CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER ARE ADMITTED FREE.
Admission prices include parking and grandstand.
Season tickets are good for admission to all shows.

No pets allowed on fairgrounds WE I.D.
No bottle or cans to be brought onto the fairgrounds. All livestock and horse entries must be mailed to the secretary by June 22, 2022 or in person (6:00-8:30 p.m.) on June 22, 2022 at the fairgrounds.

NO FAIR REFUNDS ON ANY EVENTS DURING FAIR.
NO DRUGS OR PETS ALLOWED ON THE FAIR GROUNDS.
